Add the roles of your team members according to the hierarchy level.

Role Creation: Here you need to decide what sets of rights and permissions you want to give according to their designation.

For instance, if it's the Manager of your organization, you will give all the rights to add, edit and delete. But if the person is an employee of your organization, you won't be giving them the right to delete anything. So here you need to decide what rights and permissions you want direct to that designation.
