# Manage Status
The first step here will be managing the status of your work. Status means the workflow of your Organization.
***Status Creation:*** Click on the “Plus Button” to add statuses.
For instance, think of a task like a journey. It starts as "pending," moves on to "in-process," then "half-completed," and finally "completed." To keep track, give each stage a name and colour so it's easy to see where things are in the process.
